Ingredients:


1 cup frozen berries (preferably organic)

1 cup fresh spinach (preferably organic)

1/2-inch fresh ginger root - peeled and grated

1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1 scoop plant-based protein powder

1 T. ground flaxseed



Directions:

  • Put ingredients in a blender.
